McKinsey Electronics at Electronica 2024: Expand into New Markets

McKinsey Electronics recently participated in electronica 2024, the world's leading trade fair for electronics, held in Munich, Germany. The exhibition provided an opportunity to showcase cutting-edge solutions, engage with industry leaders and help other industry professionals to expand into Africa, Turkey and the Middle East.



The McKinsey Electronics booth attracted a diverse audience, from manufacturers to distributors, all eager to explore the company’s strategies for navigating emerging markets.

The event captured the energy and enthusiasm of the McKinsey Electronics team as they engaged in meaningful discussions with industry leaders, gaining insights and providing them with the right tools and solutions to penetrate the ATME (Africa, Turkey and the Middle East) market.


 

McKinsey Electronics & Khalifa University: LabVIEW Core 1 & 2 Training

McKinsey Electronics partnered with Khalifa University to deliver the highly sought-after LabVIEW Core 1&2 Training program. This initiative is to foster talent and support innovation advancement in the region. Designed for university professors and industry professionals alike, the training provided participants with a solid foundation in data acquisition and automation, preparing them to tackle the challenges of modern engineering.

 

The program received enthusiastic participation, with attendees gaining practical, hands-on experience in utilizing LabVIEW for real-world scenarios. Beyond technical knowledge, the training fostered a collaborative environment where industry professionals and aspiring engineers could exchange ideas and insights.



Afnan Elmubasher, a participant from Khalifa University, shared his experience, saying:          

            “The LabVIEW training course has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The content was comprehensive and well-structured, helping me gain a deep understanding of LabVIEW software. The instructor simplified complex concepts and created a supportive environment where every question was welcomed. Thanks to the hands-on exercises, I now feel confident in working with LabVIEW.“

Pure Data Centres x Dune Vaults: Hyperscale Data Centers in KSA

Pure Data Centres and Dune Vaults have joined forces to establish hyperscale data center campuses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This joint venture aims to create facilities exceeding 100 MW of IT capacity, addressing the escalating demand for data center services across the region. With KSA emerging as the Middle East’s fastest-growing data center market, this partnership aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals, leveraging government support, renewable energy, and technological advancements to drive digital transformation.



The initiative will provide a robust infrastructure to support AI applications and cloud services while maintaining low latency and high reliability. Dune Vaults plans to contribute to the development of over 1,000 MW of sustainable data center capacity, solidifying the Kingdom's leadership in digital infrastructure.
